How reviews are collected

Customers receive a review request after their order has been delivered and again after they have used their treatment for a while. Anyone who purchased can leave a review, and the request goes to every customer, not just ones expected to be happy.

Incentives

If we ever offer an incentive for leaving a review (for example, a discount for adding a photo), it is offered regardless of rating and the review is labeled as incentivized.

Moderation

We publish positive and negative reviews. We only remove reviews that contain personal health identifiers, hate speech, spam or content unrelated to the product. We never suppress reviews because they are negative.

This site is owned by Vuret. That is a material connection, and you should weigh the reviews here accordingly. You can also find independent reviews on third-party platforms.
